| The Constant Level Recirculating Reservoir is designed to fit on, and move with, the shuttle on all Tomtec Quadra96 workstations. Recirculation keeps the reservoir filled from a separate stationary reservoir for continuous operation. For cell suspensions, the external reservoir can be constantly mixed to achieve uniform cell concentrations. The constant level attribute means the pipette tips need only be slightly immersed when aspirating the reagent. The external reservoir may be placed in an ice bath for those applications requiring cooled reagents.
The system is available with a large flow rate peristaltic pump. This pump can deliver up to 80ml per minute, ideal for those applications transferring 40µl to 450µl per tip. |
