| The Tip Flow Wash System is designed to be used with the Quadra96 Models 320 and 422 Systems to provide pipette tip washing directly on the Quadra shuttle. The Tip Flow Wash System consists of a Wash Station and a Tomtec Autotrap, which aspirates and collects the overflow from the Wash Station. The water flow to the Wash Station and the Autotrap are both controlled by the operator set program.
On a performance test, 50µL of a Tritium labeled 1% BSA solution, was pipetted and counted at 85,000cpm per well. After three aspirate/dispense cycles, in the flow wash station, pipetting 50µL of a cold buffer showed a background count of 15 to 20cpm per well. Ordering Information Tip Flow Wash System |
