Dear Customer:
Please help us process your return as efficiently as possible by
following these simple steps:
1. Completely fill out all accompanying forms and fax them to Tomtec
PRIOR to shipment.
Any item returned to Tomtec without the proper paperwork may be
refused upon arrival and
returned to the sender.

Place your Tomtec equipment in its original packaging
and write RMA #: ________
on the outside of the box. Then ship to the following address:

It is highly recommended that you insure all shipments for
the full replacement value.
Tomtec assumes no responsiblity for instruments lost or damaged during shipment.

If repairs to your return are necessary and are billable,
please include a purchase order.
In determining the proper amount to use, you may contact
the Service Department for a
quote, or over estimate the cost of such repairs and use
the phrase "Not to Exceed".
Tomtec will then contact the sender for approval should this
amount prove insufficient.
