The Tomtec Service Department is dedicated to providing the highest level of service,
training, and technical expertise possible. Our philosophy is to service our customers,
not just our equipment. If at any time you have questions or concerns regarding a piece
of Tomtec equipment, or should your Tomtec equipment ever need service, please don't
hesitate to contact us, we'll be glad to help.
Please have your model number and serial number available should the service technician
request it.
Training information
Tomtec offers service training classes on all of its products. If you are interested in
attending a service training course, please call the Service Department for further
information and available dates.
If you plan to return any instrumentation to Tomtec :
You must first call the Service Department.
The Service Department will send you a Return Materials Authorization
Packet consisting of process guidelines and a RMA number which you will use while
filling out your Return Materials Notice,
Return Materials Failure Report
and your Certificate of Decontamination.
These three forms must be faxed back to the Service Department prior to shipping
the instrumentation back to Tomtec. If you need to return a Harvester please review the
Harvester Decontamination Procedure.
