Getting Service for Your Tomtec Device
If you should experience a problem with your Tomtec device and you require service:

You will need the following information about your device in order to schedule a service appointment:
- Contact Information
- Model
- Serial number
- Service Contract Number (if you have one)
- Unless it is under warranty or a service contract, you will also need a Purchase Order. This will need to be faxed to Tomtec (at +1-203-248-5724), or sent via the online form, before service can be scheduled.
To deterimine the proper amount to use, you may contact the Service Department for an estimate or use a zero amount that can be adjusted later.
